1. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders must meet our minimum order requirement of 50 pieces for bulk purchases.
  • Orders are considered accepted upon confirmation and receipt of the required down payment. Once accepted, modifications or cancellations are not allowed for custom products.

2. Down Payment

  • For bulk orders and custom boxing wear, a 30% non-refundable down payment is required to initiate production.
  • For more complex or highly customized orders, a 50% down payment is mandatory.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or delivery.

3. Product Customization

  • Customers may request personalized designs, logos, or color schemes. All custom specifications should be provided in the order confirmation process.
  • Once customization begins, no further changes can be made to the order.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment methods include Money Gram, Bank Transfer, Ria Money Transfer, Western Union
  • All payments must be completed prior to shipping.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Delivery times will vary based on the complexity of the order and location, and estimates will be provided upon order confirmation.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by Summara Sports Wear are the intellectual property of the company. Customer-provided logos or designs will remain exclusive to the customer.

8. Warranties and Liabilities

  • We guarantee that all products are free from manufacturing defects.
  • Sumaira Sports Wear is not liable for any damage caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

10. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or transportation issues.
